Day 29 – Gifts for you and gifts for me

It is an amazing thing to receive these gifts, but they were never meant to function in isolation. We need each other – in fellowship, through the love of Jesus Christ -to operate as ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ in the Body of Christ. The gifts God gives us are not just for ourselves to build a deeper relationship with Him, but also for others. Every gift carries an overflow that touches the lives of those around us.
Always remain open to what God is showing you in any situation. You may feel most comfortable in one particular gift, but God may choose to use another gift in you for His purpose. As you grow in wisdom, discernment, and experience, your understanding of one gift can serve as a safety net when you encounter a new situation.
Balance every gift with the truth of Scripture. God will never instruct you to act in a way that contradicts His Word. Always pray for confirmation and let His Word be your anchor. The journey of understanding these gifts is a ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฐ๐จ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ. It is often hardest to hear God for yourself, but He is faithful to guide you.
If you are a Spiritual Hearer, have ongoing conversations with God and listen attentively for His voice.
If God has opened your spiritual eyes, focus like a lens on what He is showing you and where He is leading.
If you are a Spiritual Feeler, embrace the atmosphere God has placed you in and bring change through His emotions of love and compassion.
If you are a Spiritual Knower, trust the certainty He has given you, knowing that those you encounter will walk away having experienced Jesus.
Together, these gifts form a beautiful tapestry of Godโs communication with His people. Each one is unique, but all are essential. When they flow in harmony, the Body of Christ is strengthened, guided, and filled with His presence.
Prayer: Father, we have had the opportunity to learn about the different ways You speak to usโthrough knowing, feeling, hearing, and seeing. I pray that You guide us into a deeper, more intimate relationship with You as we develop the gifts You graciously gave us. Thank You for loving us so much that You desire to walk closely and intimately with us. Amen. ยฉ
