Women of the Word

The question is, do we believe that God’s thoughts about us are this precious or do we think God is like a registrar recording every misstep we take?

As I was delving through my mind, paging through days I wondered why God placed them there, I realized something that changed my view about any day.

A loving process where it was just you and Him – and even though you cannot remember it, He does and your soul does too.

To stand in awe of each cell constructed and working together to make up who you are.

The enemy sows seeds of insecurities to rob you of the security of who you are in Christ and blemishes your view on the image of Your creator.

Night cannot shut out the presence of God – night is not darkness to Him because God is absolutely inescapable.

We have no need to be afraid of this darkness because we walk in the light of liberty and freedom due to the eternal victory secured by our Redeemer.

And just as His right hand holds David in this Psalm, He holds you too.

Every morning we wake up with a choice: take on the day with God following His will and soar or follow our own ways and land up in the uttermost parts of the sea.

Let’s praise God together by declaring “Hallelujah Anyway!”
