Day 10 – Filled with the truth

“She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.” (KJV) & “She wraps strength around her waist like a belt, and she makes her arms strong.” (EHV) Proverbs 31:17
When we read Ephesians 6:14, we see that part of the armour of God is the belt of truth that we need to buckle around our waist. And in John 8:32 we read that we will know the truth and that the truth will set us free. Another part of the armour is the shield of faith in the one hand, and the sword of the Spirit (your Bible) in the other hand. So strengthen your arms in worship, with your faith on the one side, and the truth of God’s Word on the other side, as part of your spiritual protection.
As a virtuous, righteous, and worthy woman, take a stand against the plans of the enemy. Because we know that the devil only wants to kill, steal and destroy your family, but God promises us a life filled with spiritual abundance (John 10:10). So choose to be a God-fearing woman, who doesn’t hesitate to stand up in faith, and fight for your family on your knees!
Prayer: Heavenly Father, when I am weak, I know that You are strong. Please help me and guide me to be the worthy warrior that You created me to be. A virtuous woman who isn’t scared to fight spiritual battles on behalf of her family. A woman who takes up the shield of faith and the sword of the Spirit, to lead her family in truth and worship. Amen.
