Day 11 – Industrious
“She makes sure her dealings are profitable; her lamp burns late into the night.” Proverbs 31:18 NLT
An Industrious woman is a woman that stands strong. She does not bow easily to defeat. She will fight until her last breath, her last tear, her last strength. She has endurance and determination.
She asks the Lord for Godly wisdom and discernment. Before she takes on any task, she prays to God, “In your hands, I place this task Lord” Before any meeting, she says “Lord you lead the way”. As she is cooking the family meal, she thanks the Lord for the provision and asks the Lord to bless the food so that it’s tasty.
She makes sure that she does not become a busy Martha because she knows where her strength and endurance come from. She is determined to care for those that God has entrusted her with. She tries her utmost best to bring love and care to those that need her.
She is never too busy to help a friend in need. She always encourages and uplifts those around her. She wishes to see their success. That brings her joy. She leads by example. She makes sure that whatever task she is given, she does it with grace and honor.
She wants to be satisfied with her achievements, and those that she has accomplished, she lays them at God’s feet in humbleness giving God all the glory and honor.
She works hard so that her family is blessed. She never leaves anything undone. She is devoted and diligent.
What an honor it is for her to serve in God’s Kingdom.
Prayer: Father God, help us to do our best, and that everything we touch will be profitable, that every word we speak will be a blessing. Not for us, but for the glory and honor of your great Name. Help us to be the woman you have designed us to be. In Jesus’s Name, Amen
