Day 13 – Prayers for your family to walk with the Lord

“For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.” Psalms 84:11 NLT

How beautiful is this promise? No good thing – nothing, nada, zip, – God withholds from His children who walks uprightly with Him. Who of us doesn’t want the favor and honor of the Lord God who is our sun and shield? Who doesn’t want that for their family? It’s important to pray and intercede for your loved ones to always walk uprightly with God. Never to be ashamed of the Gospel and always seeking Him first.

Pray for your family to walk with the Lord

Father, I pray this verse over my family and home today that You, Lord God, be our sun and shield and that You will bestow favor and honor over each member of this household. May they walk uprightly with You so that Your promise of no good thing to be withhold saturate their souls and lives. May they seek You in everything they do and may it be according to Your will and obedience to Your Word. Amen.
