Day 17 – Gift of Spiritual Feelers

β€œπ˜‰π˜¦ 𝘒𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘺, 𝘒𝘯π˜₯ π˜₯𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘡 𝘴π˜ͺπ˜―β€: π˜₯𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘡 𝘭𝘦𝘡 𝘡𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘯 𝘨𝘰 π˜₯𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘢𝘳 𝘸𝘳𝘒𝘡𝘩,” 𝘌𝘱𝘩𝘦𝘴π˜ͺ𝘒𝘯𝘴 4:26

Spiritual feelers are the heart of what God is saying. They experience His emotions in an unprecedented way – feeling both the heartbeat of God and the emotions of people. This sensitivity allows them to act in the Spirit realm with compassion and discernment.

We often forget that emotions themselves carry no moral value. They are signals; indicators of what is happening within us or around us. The danger lies not in 𝘸𝘩𝘒𝘡 we feel, but in 𝘩𝘰𝘸 we respond to those feelings. It is good to feel, but we must guard against allowing emotions to lead us into sin.

Spiritual feelers are tuned into the emotions and actions of the Holy Spirit. They instinctively 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 God’s heart, which creates an intimate relationship with Him. This gift is closely tied to intercession. Even when they are not physically present with a person or situation, feelers often sense what needs prayer and are moved to intercede.

They can walk into a physical environment and immediately discern what is happening (like entering a room and suddenly feeling that something is not right). Their spirit becomes restless, and they know they must either leave or pray for what is grieving the Spirit.

Over the coming days, we will concentrate on the unique gift of Spiritual Feeling. How it works, its strengths, and how to steward it well.

Pray with me: Father, thank You for creating us uniquely and for teaching us to hear Your voice in different ways. I pray that in the coming days You will touch the hearts of Spiritual Feelers, helping them to understand their gift more deeply and grow in their ability to listen to You. Amen. Β©
