Day 2 – IN ME

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Who is this “Me”?

This “Me”, is God Himself. When God spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai, He told Moses, I am who I am.

He is the living God. The “I am” is the Alpha and Omega. He is the founder of the creation, of all living things. Everything has been done by God and for God. Everything He does is a masterpiece. He is the perfect architect.

He is the perfect landscaper, He is the driving force of life. His plans have a purpose. The “I am” is the God of wisdom. The “I am” is excellent. The “I am” is love. Love that knows no boundaries.

The “I am” tells us that in Him we find what we need. The “I am” has already put in place everything we need before we even knew that we would need it. The “I am” gave of himself to us, because without Him we would be lost.

Today, as we remember the birth of Jesus Christ, remember that it’s not about the date, it’s not about the season. But it’s all about “I am”. He is, and will always be the only Savior, the one who truthfully saves and sets us free.

The great “I am” is mighty to save.

Prayer: Father God, the great and mighty I am, the author of our lives, we praise you and glorify you, we give you honour and we raise our hands high to you today. We raise our hands to you acknowledging that you are perfect, acknowledging that you gave us your son, Jesus, as a Savior. Today and every day is about you. In Jesus mighty Name, Amen.
