Some of the Bibleโs greatest prophets were Seers, those entrusted with the gift of seeing in the Spirit. Seers dream dreams, receive visions, and literally ๐จ๐ฆ๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ฑ๐ช๐ค๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ฆ from God. They see what He shows them as though watching a play unfold before their eyes, perceiving exactly how events are going to be.
The gift of seeing is two-fold. Firstly, as a warning or protection. God reveals what is coming to safeguard oneself or others. And secondly, as an action. God shows what must be done, or what message must be delivered, so His will can be accomplished.
With a clear picture from God, spiritual seers are filled with unwavering faith. They know the outcome, and they know God will bring them there. Their role is simply to walk in obedience and humility.
Seers declare the divine picture from God into the world, giving creative life to what they have seen. Their visions are not only revelations but also invitations, calling others to trust, prepare, and act in alignment with Godโs plan.
Pray with me: Father, we have worked through the three gifts thus far, and now I pray that You activate the gift of seeing. Open our spiritual eyes to Your wisdom and to what You are showing us. Whether it is for ourselves or for others, please guide us to grow into this gift with humility and obedience. Amen. ยฉ
