Day 22 – Worship

“When they climbed back into the boat, the wind stopped.  Then the disciples worshiped him. “You really are the Son of God!” they exclaimed.” Matthew 14:32-33 NLT

I have learned from a friend, that no matter what I am facing – what storm I am going through – to worship Jesus! Not just for having faith that He will save me, but for who He is! In that moment when Jesus and Peter were standing safely in the boat (and the stormy winds stopped) they worshiped Jesus for being the Son of God!

Lovely one, I know when the waves are tsunami-sized, and the storm rages the last thing you think of is worship. But I want to encourage you today to worship Jesus for WHO HE IS regardless of where you are or what you face.

Prayer: Jesus, we worship and praise You for Who You are! You are worthy to be praised as the Son of God and with hearts filled with awe and adoration, we thank You that You are the Son of God, our Lord Jesus Christ! Amen.
