Day 1 – Introduction
“You crown the year with a bountiful harvest; even the hard pathways overflow with abundance.” Psalm 65:11
September marks the anniversary of Women of the Word ministry, and we are turning double-digits! That’s right, we are ten years this month!
Our prayer is not just for the ministry, but for you: every woman making this ministry possible. May this coming year be crowned by our Father with a bountiful harvest of souls and provision. May we have the courage and boldness to share the Gospel and bring in the harvest for the Kingdom. God promises that even the hard pathways (the trails and tribulations we struggle through) overflows with abundance! May you have abundance in everything you do and everything you need. Hold fast to the goodness and promises of our Father. Since the beginning of the ministry, my prayer was (and still is), “Just one, Lord. Let todays message touch one more for Your Kingdom.”
Last year, we did a study on the Proverbs 31 woman, which lead to a deeper study of the characteristics of a godly woman. So, we compiled our very first downloadable E-Workbook about the Titus 2 woman. To give you a glimpse into the in-depth study, we are sharing this devotional touching on skills, self-examination, biblical examples, and how to put it into practice. May this study be a blessing to you, as it was to us writing it.
Prayer: Father, You are such a good God and with gratitude we bring this ministry and every person who has been touched through Your messages, to You. May you bless them and keep them, may their year be crowned with a bountiful harvest and the hard paths drip with Your abundance. Thank You, Lord, for the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and the revelations shared with us to have written this workbook. You are faithful and true to Your Word and we praise Your Holy Name. In Jesus’s Name, Amen.
