Day 18 – El Olam

“Then Abraham planted a tamarisk tree in Beersheba, and there called on the name of the Lord, the Everlasting God.” Genesis 21:33

In an ever-changing world, what a wonderful thing is it to know that God does not change. God NEVER changes!!! Time does not alter God as Psalm 90:4 says: “For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it is past And like a watch in the night.”

God knows the past and the future at the same time – He is El Olam: The Everlasting God. Corrie Ten Boom once said: “There’s no panic in heaven” Jesus Christ is our El Olam. He is the everlasting God of the Ages. Isn’t it exciting to know that our Father, the God who loves us and whom we love, IS EVERLASTING!

Prayer: Father, my everlasting God unto all the Ages!! You are worthy and holy and I praise Your name. Thank You El Olam that my soul would be able to praise you everlasting, due to my salvation paid by Jesus Christ. I ask that You would touch every heart reading this with your Everlasting Love. Amen.

PS… Through the salvation given to us by Jesus Christ, we are saved to spend eternity with El Olam. God never changes, but how did He change your life?
