Our minds need continual renewal through Scriptureโ€”whether in our thoughts, our words, or even in how we honor the Sabbath. Just as the serpent deceived Eve in the garden, he still whispers today: โ€œDid God really say you should honor the Sabbath?โ€ His lies aim to distort truth and draw us toward worldly wisdom. But instead of being swayed, we must allow the Holy Spirit to shape our thinking and anchor us in Godโ€™s Word.

Scripture reminds us that the knowledge of Christ is sufficient, for in Him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. When we spend time in the Word, the Spirit transforms our hearts and minds, reshaping our desires to align with Godโ€™s will.

That is why, as part of our Sabbath reflections (day 20), we encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture. Let the wisdom of God displace the wisdom of the world. As you rest in His presence, the Spirit will renew your mind, deepen your relationship with Christ, and make you more like Him.

Lovely one, the invitation is clear: displace the wisdom of the world with the wisdom of the Word and let your Sabbath be a time of transformation.

Prayer: Father, renew our minds and worldly knowledge of the Sabbath, and as we spend more time in Your Word, to receive full understanding of the hidden treasures of wisdom and knowledge through Jesus Christ. Amen.
