Day 5 – Emotionally Healthy
“She brings him good, not harm all the days of her life” Proverbs 31:12
Women have the most amazing hearts. We always think of others before ourselves, and this is what makes us special in God’s eyes.
Because we were created differently, we are more emotional. We think of others first and have integrity, intuition, and a fighting spirit yet we are still caring and giving. We can do lots at the same time, “multi-tasking”, is our special thing.
But remember we need to be emotionally healthy and ensure our cups are full to pour out into others, like your husband (if you are married), and or family, friends, and co-workers. As long as we are able, we always help where and how we can and we can only achieve this through being filled spiritually and emotionally by the Holy Spirit.
We should be positive and pray like only we can: passionately. Speak life over your husband, children, family, and your friends. Bring life into a room, like the morning sun upon rising. We are gifted to notice our husbands carrying the world on their shoulders before they even say a word. It’s that “intuition” because God created us this way. Our positivity towards others also influences us spiritually allowing us to be in an emotionally healthy state to pray for others and be the helping hand someone needs.
Let us move into that place of prayer, passion, giving to others, and taking care of others because we can, and we are super good at it!
Spread God’s love by being you, a Proverbs 31 woman. This feeling will spread to others, and soon, we can change the world one at a time.
Prayer: God, thank you for making me just the way you did. Thank you for my talents and that I can be good to my husband, my friends, my children, and my family. Help me grow in the path you laid out for me and make my cup full so I can pour out to others. Amen.
