So, what is a tenth then? Exactly what the Word says: a tenth of what is produced through your labour.
God filled scripture with truths about finances for a reason.
The lesson learned was: It is not about quantity, but the quality of the heart you give with and trusting God with provision for your livelihood.
To me, the currency of Heaven is summed up in the Fruit of the Spirit, because these represent the return of what we sow into the lives of God’s people.
“For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’” Matthew 25:29-30 NKJV
David types are inclined to lead toward the future showing the way to God.
Aaron and Abraham types are similar in their people-centred inclinations and actions.
Moses was highly organized with resources.
Their view uses money as a means to open doors of opportunity for themselves and others.
