Day 22 – I am ANOINTED

Isaiah 61:1 AMP “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and commissioned me to bring good news to the humble and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up [the wounds of] the broken-hearted, to proclaim release [from confinement and condemnation] to the [physical and spiritual] captives and freedom to prisoners.”
Are you living out your God given purpose? Your work away from work? Your work with spiritual reward, instead of material remuneration? The Bible promises us that God anointed each and every one of us with the ability to take the Good News to the humble and afflicted, to give a word of encouragement to the broken-hearted, and to break down spiritual prison walls where the world lied to people to make them feel unworthy.
Still not convinced that you can do this? “But the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will help you remember everything that I have told you (John 14:25).”
Dear sister, you are anointed and appointed! Take the brave step and move out of your comfort zone, into obedience to God’s calling on your life. You can do this.
Prayer: Holy Spirit, thank you for Your guidance on this sometimes-uncertain spiritual journey, and thank you for equipping me with Your anointing, to be able to be a Kingdom ambassador. May my life testify of Your strength working through me. I love You Lord. Amen
Love, Yolandi Wirth
